Notice to Our Valued Customers In Regards to Tariffs

To our domestic customers:
As of April 10th, newly implemented tariffs have led to significant cost increases from many of our vendors — we have been notified of pending increases ranging from 20% to 150%. As we work to absorb and evaluate these changes, please understand that price adjustments on our products will be necessary. We are working through our inventory of a couple thousand items so we ask that you bear with us as we do so. We will strive to honor any orders that have already been made before the 10th.

We will also be evaluating vendors and changing stock of items to ones that are fairly priced. As a result of this, as we work through our extensive collection and customers order through our stock, we may see a shortage of items. We will notify you of any changes in product that we provide. 

We remain committed to keeping any increases as fair and minimal as possible. It’s important to us that our customers continue to have access to our extensive collection of Oriental herbs and goods.

Please be aware that reciprocal tariffs and customs duties may apply when importing from the United States, depending on the policies of your country. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide specific guidance on these charges, as they vary by destination.
