Fulfillment & Processing

Fulfillment of orders occurs Sunday through Friday with shipment pickups occurring Monday through Saturday. Please allow 1-2 business days for an order to be fulfilled; however, some may take longer if we do not have the item in stock on premise. Customers will be contacted in regards to orders that may have issues with stock. Orders are processed in the order that they are received and shipped out accordingly. Shipping times will vary based on the address provided on the order. Our fulfillment team may contact customer if we catch a potential error or mismatch in address. However, please double check to ensure that your address is inputted correctly. We cannot be held responsible for fulfilling an order to an incorrect address that the buyer entered. Buyer may be charged extra shipping to ship to their correct address.

 

Shipping

Free shipping on domestic orders over $100. All domestic orders start with a shipping fee of $6.90. All orders will be shipped within 3 business days or less unless otherwise specified. Most domestic orders will take 2-5 business days (business days exclude Sundays depending on carrier and US federal holidays) to arrive. Domestic orders to Hawaii or Alaska may take longer (up to 14 business days). Please wait up to 10 days for the package to arrive before contacting us regarding a missing package. (Shipping delays do occur and are out of our control). Please note that Express, Priority Express, and any orders with purchased expedited delivery take 24-48 business hours before they are processed and shipped out. An order with purchased, expedited delivery would be shipped the next day for delivery at the minimum the following day(s) depending on the chosen shipment option (e.g. an order made on the December 1st with 1 day-delivery would typically be shipped on December 2nd and delivered December 3rd. 

International orders can be shipped with discounted rates from UPS and DHL. Please note for international customers that the importer (the customer) is responsible for any taxes or duties levied on the shipment before they can receive their order. We will not be held liable for any taxes or duties levied on the shipment. All orders will be shipped within 3 business days (business days exclude Sundays depending on carrier and US federal holidays). Transit time varies depending on choice of shipping. We cannot be liable or responsible for any holding time or the return of the package due to the customer's country's import policies. Please include your a point of contact (phone number or email) so that the governmental agency or customs can contact you once your order has arrived in your country of origin. We are only responsible for your order up to the point when the order arrives at the border.
