食材：五指毛桃, 土茯苓，红枣，干黄豆，陈皮，茯苓，生姜

使用指南：将汤料冲洗干净，干黄豆、五指毛桃建议提前浸泡30分钟。鸡肉切块，凉水入锅焯掉血水。将所有材料放入锅中，加清水（约5-8碗）。大火煮开转小火炖1.5小时，加盐调味。

Instructions: Rinse the soup ingredients thoroughly. Soak dried soybeans and five-finger peach (a type of medicinal herb) for 30 minutes beforehand. Cut the chicken into pieces and blanch in cold water to remove blood. Place all ingredients in a pot and add water (about 5-8 bowls). Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 1.5 hours. Season with salt.
