Recommended serving: To promote general well-being, one sachet daily. To relieve discomforts during menstruation and improve overall health, take four sachets daily or two sachets twice daily in the morning and night, three times weekly. To promote recovery after childbirth, take four sachets daily, two sachets twice daily in the morning and night, after labor discharge (usually 10 days after childbirth).

Storage: Please store in a cool, dry place.
