黄、龟甲胶（炒）、金樱子（蒸）、炙黄芪、山药（炒）、覆盆子（蒸）。
辅料为蜂蜜。
【性状】本品为棕黑色至黑色的水蜜丸；味微甘、微甜。
【用法用量】口服。水蜜丸一次4.5～9克（1～2袋），一日2次。
