Also known as the sweet tea tree, Qing Qian Liu tea has long been celebrated for its potential health benefits. The young leaves of this tree contain various compounds such as polysaccharides, amino acids, flavones, and trace elements like zinc, selenium, and germanium, offering a wide array of therapeutic and nutritional values. This tea is believed to have positive effects on conditions like hypertension and hyperglycemia, and it may aid in hormone release to help balance blood glucose levels. Brewing Guide: To brew, fill a teapot with 5 grams (1 pack) of tea leaves for every 225ml of water. Infuse the leaves in hot water between 90°C (194°F) to 95°C (203°F) for 2 to 3 minutes during the initial and second brewing. Adjust steeping time and temperature gradually for subsequent brews.
